I'm looking for a simple check book style ledger accounting financing app

It needs
Offline support backups on the phone not cloud
Multiple accounts for checking, savings, credit card
Transaction categories
Transaction notes
Would like photo of receipts

But other than that the less frills the better.

No unnecessary permissions, like internet contacts etc
Preferably Google play services and ad free

Something simple to view financial state
Not all cluttered with 500 options and features that I don't need.

Would be great if there was something that the files could be imported
To a Windows or Linux desktop application
(Yes I've looked at gnucash but it's a little complicated and less than complete on android last time I looked )
