I recently discovered this theme and icon pack on Samsung theme store, I like the aesthetics, but the icon pack won't apply to all icons.... Anything similar to this? Or any way to fix my issue?

The author, 1624bit has some really good pixel themes, but the same issue persists no matter which I try to apply
