There is no Premium download app, the Premium Downloader is integrated into the app you see here.

When I try to access any file at filescdn.net with the blue arrow, the message always says "Couldn't connect to filescdn.net at port 443". Is that my issue or an issue with the site? I tried searching the forum for advice but came up short. Thanks in advance.

I'm having downloading problems. Download starts fine but drops to 0 kb/s.

Can you give me an example of a link for which this happens? I suspect it simply means that the file has been deleted/expired, so the downloader has no way of fetching it.

EDIT: filescdn.net appears to be down, try going to filescdn.net itself

This is not an issue I've ever heard of. Are you sure you don't have an unstable connection/something else that is causing the download to be cut off? Nobody else seems to be having this problem.

Disk4mat wrote:The filehost Uploadrar has changed their domain from .com to .net. We have adjusted our filters accordingly, if you do not yet see blue arrows next to uploadrar.com links, please refresh your: filehosts.xml

Does upload.ac is also having issue. I am getting follwoing error "There is a problem with this filehost, please use another mirror."

@jhonienglish simply go to filehosts.xml and press either Ctrl + R or the refresh button in your browser. The page will refresh and uploadrar.com will have been added to the list.
Regarding upload.ac, try pressing the blue arrow again if it doesn't work the first time, it should work on the 2nd/3rd try. This issue appears to be on their side rather than ours so there's nothing we can do about it.

The problem is gone. I think I can download all files now.

Since yesterday, I cannot download login to Premium to download a file on mobilism.org
After entering the login in the box under the download links, I get the message : "You are forbidden to access the page!"
I used to use JDownloader to download the links, but now I cannot seem to login there either.
What happened ?

The filehost filescdn.net has been removed from the supported filehosts because it has ceased to exist.

I don't see any issues with your account, please try without JDownloader to see if it works without it.

I really love the Premium Blue Arrow, but I'm getting really fed up with upload.ac. 9 times out of 10 I get an error of:
"There is a problem with this filehost, please use another mirror."

Will they ever fix it?

Same problem with douploads.
The link says douploads.net but when I click on it, it says .net (looks like they changed domain in July.)
There are 3 domains listed in filehosts.xml. I guess you need to remove .me and .com now.

I have fixed the problem for douploads, I did not see that the domain changed once again. It would help if people PM me as soon as they see it because with 24 supported filehosts someone from the users will always see a problem faster than I can.

I tried five random topics with upload.ac links and all five worked:
https://prnt.sc/plvu78
https://prnt.sc/plvub4
https://prnt.sc/plvufe
https://prnt.sc/plvunz
https://prnt.sc/plvuyw

So I'm not sure what to tell you. It is possible that upload.ac is overloaded at certain times and as a result the downloads do not go through, but there isn't anything we can do about that. As far as I can tell the code that we have to make upload.ac compatible with the downloader works.
