Ask a friend in a country that supports Deezer to set up a non public VPN for you:

You can connect to the VPN to make your account, disconnect from it and then use Deezer - you probably will need to log in once every couple of weeks though as the Deezer arl cookie changes.

Most Public VPN services only have a limited IP address pool and these are blocked by Deezer - so you need to use a private VPN if these public VPN IP's are blocked.

If you don't have any friends outside your country - I suggest learning to socialise would be a good option, or just use a service that's available in your country, such a Spotify or something similar.
