I don't really know if the untouched version is compatible with Android 10 but if its not then we'll just have to wait till they update it or maybe if its already compatible wait for someone to port the A10 version.
It probably isn't compatible with Android Q just yet. Both untouched & mod version closes after a few seconds. Installing from google play store makes no difference.
