Issues are not downloading ... any fix for this

Issues are not downloading ... any fix for this

Issues do download but it takes a lot of time and fails many times. In order to successfully download an issue, start download and then cancel it manually. Then start it again. Even then its not that easy. Unfortunately, I have not been able to download the latest issue no matter what. Even if the download starts it will stop at 99% and displays message "failed". The trick which I just mentioned above, works for past issues.
