Hi, can you help me with this app? - it still asks if I need subscription from googlestore? why is that?

it doesnt work in china...i'll be in Korea in a few days; reverting.

That's just the banner advertisement. If you can view more than ten articles in a month and there is no option in the settings menu to subscribe, then you're all good.

Yes, that's normal. You still have the option to log in so you can comment on articles, manage your account, etc.

That's actually the beauty of this exploit- there is no user authentication required to load content. They provide the articles already and then just limit your access. Same goes for The Economist, The Independent, The Guardian, The Week, The Telegraph...

...but sadly not Financial Times. Their app is basically just a web browser for their mobile site and all restrictions are handled on the server-side. If you go to app.ft.com on your desktop browser you'll see what I mean. Sorry man.
