Videos on Instagram stories don't play. Stuck in loading circle. Does it happen to anyone else?

Working fine at my end. Clear cache and data and relogin. It should work.

Just updated and now I'm getting the who to follow posts in the feed.. Downgraded, cleared data/cache, upgraded, and logged back in but it won't get disabled.
