Hi there

I am a premium user. for the last couple of days the download speed has been about 10kps. I have downloaded the same file from an external host and the speed is very fast. It was taking me 40 plus minutes to download 18MB using premium. Do you have any idea of a speed problem? Is there anything I can do to rectify?

Renewing for my third year in a row! I can't believe how many people complain about uploaders saying, "Why can't they put it on such and such host? That's where my premium account is!" Well, look how many premium accounts you get for one low price!!! What on Earth is wrong with everybody? I can't believe everyone hasn't signed up.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that they have super easy to sign up/renew. It took me less than one minute and I mean that literally!

One of the main reasons that I signed up was to be able to download from other sites. I would be willing to pay extra to keep that ability rather than have to pay a multiple of sites.

There seems to be a problem with the routing to certain parts of Asia and Australia. We're working on getting it resolved. In Europe and North America you can consistently get 3-4mb/s: http://images.mobilism.org/?di=VNGLYTPE (taken a couple minutes ago). We'll do our best to get the routing issue settled soon.

Had the Premium for a couple of months.
I'm not a heavy downloader, but I'll not be without it now.

I was having all sorts of problems avoiding the ads when trying to download books - the Premium option has made it so much easier.
