You've got to buy the app in Samsung store though haven't u?
For some watches its not free, for other is. In my case for Samsung Gear S3, and Galaxy 46mm was free - for the Galaxy 42mm was not. I am not sure if the price did not appears on some because I have it some years now from when it was free.
