Can you download cab's to your ppc through the web? If so, I'll make a ppc warez site for mobile users so they can download cab's directly

I have a site setup for mobile users right now. I am looking for testers to test it out. They will need to download the cab files, and install them as well and report back via email with info / errors.

Sorry guys I have become busy at work so the PPC version is on the back burner for a while. I just need to find some time to sit down and write it. If anyone knows HTML, preferably with skills in SSI please contact me. Knowing HTML means you can write it without the assistance of a program like frontpage.
