Yeah, that is a annoying and why I just leave it on default...

what if we had a button that lets you change between two options or say when i log on from my pda i have to manually logon so if when we go to the log on screen or under the small panel if we have a drop down box in which we select what mode we want

that used to be the case b4 the switch; if i remember correctly, there was a button at the the bottom of the page that would allow you to switch.

I don't think so, AeroIceman. I use Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.5, but I can't also find nothing to change to mobile view.

Currently, we do not have a mobile skin. We used to have one for phpBB2 but no longer with phpBB3. Perhaps we will be able to get one soon however.

I am slowly working on a skin that is 320px wide since there are more QVGA ppcs than VGA ones. This involves all the theme files to be rewritten and I also need to ensure hacks can be added to both easily. I have no ETA for the completion, but hopefully it won't be too long.
