I found out how to ignore the warnings, allowing me to finish downloading the books. I've checked all of them with anti-virus and malware scans and in every case no malicious files have been found. I only ever download using the Premium membership blue arrows, as I don't trust some of the other sites.
I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem, and how it can be rectified?

Chrome returns this error for all files from certain domains, regardless of the content of those files. Recently it's been doing this for all files from the Premium Downloader despite them being safe.
