Premium doesn't download to my tabled and said it did

I don't know what to do. Mobilism Premium says the file was downloaded e it was not.

The window opens. It says the file was donloaded in 2 seconds but the file does not download to my tablet.

And now itg doesn't even dowload. It says connected to filescdn at port 80. And it's stuck there for half an hour.

Click on the file name in that window and the download will begin.
