I am trying to use premium download on an ipad for the first time, having used it for years on an android tablet or pc. When I click on the blue arrow to download a pdf, I enter the username and password as usual but instead of a download, the front page of the file displays into the small window where I just typed my userid. I can't figure out how I'm supposed to get the file. I'm probably being idiotic but I cant find a topic covering this issue. Any pointers? epub files download and iOS asks if I want to use ibooks but pdf is just front page in a tiny window and no actions. I'm thinking this is an iPad setup issue rather than a mobilism issue, but google proved unhelpful.

Unfortunately, The blue arrow for pdf's, doesn't work. You have to use the other links.

I do not own or no anything about iPads.

But, you could try using a different browser. Usually in Android using a different browser and/or playing with the settings in the browser app may fix the problem. Here's hoping
