Hello! For some reasons I am unable to access ebooks section. If I click the a link from the top books it says that I am unauthorised.

No, you don't need special permissions to see eBooks. Open your user control panel > Board preferences > Edit hidden forums, and make sure that the option "Show this forum/category" is selected for all forums in 'Device independent'.

Oh, so I did hide the section a while ago during a search without realizing that it will be hidden "forever".
