Hello, how to proceed in case of offline links AND inactive editor? Should I post a message below the original release saying the links are offline? Or should I ask for new links in the Ebook Requests section? Thanks in advance for the replies

When the links are dead and the poster is inactive, then yes, the proper course of action is to post something to that effect in the thread. A moderator will then move the post to the Expired Releases section, where active posters will check and repost the book in a new Release thread and the old one will be binned.
