If the poster is still active (check his profile to see last date online) and doesn't have anything in his signature indicating he is no longer re-uping, just PM the poster and ask for the reup. As a courtesy, we ask that people only PM one request per uploader per day.
If you have determined that the poster is no longer maintaining his posts, just "bump" the thread with a post like "Poster inactive. Links dead" and an ebook moderator will take it from there. We move the post to our expired section to alert our active uploaders that the book is available to be reposted and that there is interest in it. Once someone has reposted the book, we get it categorized and remove the old post.
