I tried in firefox, edge, chrome, it will not let me open at all when this shows up, and not sure I want to add exclusion in my eset
also it is not an exe warning, its the website

As I said in my PM to you, it is not the website, it is the pop-ups. Just follow the instructions in the Virus/trojan warning topic: ignore them and close the tabs.
