The link [Mark all topics read] in first page disappeared.
Inside forum , Software Releases by category e.g, [Mark topics read] don't work.

Ah I see, because forums 14 and 3 don't have any topics to mark read, they are only a placeholder for subforums. You have to enter each subforum to mark it read, you can't not do it from the parent forum like you're trying to do.

This was never able to be done, even before the latest upgrade. Mark forum read is for the current forum only.
