You need to scroll down and uncheck "Download with Addons".
The site works as before except they are now forcing users to disable ad-block. Fair enough, since they're offering uber fast speed for everyone and la few secs waiting time between DLs.
I disabled the ad blockers in firefox but seems even basic inbuilt protections is enough for Userupload to block downloads.
