@Stabiron I appreciate your suggestions but I don't think they will be good for Mobilism. There is a reason for our structure, and the system we have in place has been developed and refined over 12+ years. But let's discuss them in detail:
1. separate section for Major Releasers - one of Mobilism's goals is to be as simple to use as possible. To the vast majority of users it doesn't matter whether a release comes from a Major Releaser, another user, or, as you call them, "mindless copy-pasting zombies." Breaking up the release section into two will cause confusion and complicate the process of browsing new releases. Simplicity is key.
2. Asking existing Major Releasers to review work of prospective Major Releasers - we may the opinions of Major Releasers into consideration in the future. That said, even if a releaser is only reposting others' content, he may still be eligible to be a Major Releaser. There is enough content out there that deserves to be reposted quickly, and Mobilism seeks to be the biggest resource with the fastest posting, period.
3. Restrict the right to use of PPD sites to Major Releasers - this will never happen. This will severely reduce the number of releases posted as well as new releasers joining. What you're referring to as "spam" are mostly valid releases that are useful to a lot of our users.
