First time poster. Apologies if this issue is covered elsewhere. If so, please direct me to the appropriate thread.

I have a Premium account. Is there a maximum number of devices an account can be used on? The reason I ask is that I have two devices - A Samsung A51 phone and a Samsung Galaxy Tab E (SM-T560) tablet. I can download books to the phone with no problem but when I wish to download to the tablet which is my preferred device for these, when I click on the Premium Downloads link, a message is returned "Downloading the release" but nothing happens.

I have checked the download folder and nothing is downloaded. Is there anywhere I can debug this issue? All advice gratefully received.
