Same here, using latest Safari, nothing changed, cookies OK. Today was the -first- time this has happened, and nothing's been changed on my end...really maddening and next-to-impossible to do anything here now...

We are looking into it with the ad company. This should not be happening (and for most people it's not), but the fact that it recently started happening for more of you than before means something is wrong.

It's now happening to me, yesterday all was fine, today I come on the forum to have to click my way through a seperate page that says:

"FORUM.MOBILISM.ORG ad sponser by
Wait 8 Sec "

and then after I wait I have to click on another link to go to the link page I wanted to go!

"FORUM.MOBILISM.ORG ad sponser by

This just sucks, it's for every page and every item I try to see!

Same problem here. Cookies enabled as allways. Made no changes. Get the ad-page every time I go to a new page.

It happens to me for literally every click I do on any page in the mobilism web site. I have to wait 8 seconds then click on the link to get forwarded to any web page on the site. It is taking a very long time to even just do this post.

It was happening for me for a while, both the video ads were showing up, plus the 8-second timer, then it went away for three days, and it came back yesterday.

The timer script, according to AdBlockPlus, is: http ://mobilism.us.intellitxt.com/intellitxt/front.asp?ipid=25353

It's gone off three times since I tried to start responding to this thread.

Other issue that I reported in another thread in the Ebook Discussion forum: since I've started having the problem with the ads showing, I was getting warned by my AVG virus protector that something was trying to force the cool exploit malware kit when I was visiting this site (this was the only window open each time). That hasn't happened in the last couple weeks -- it was happening in November with the first round of ad problems. Since this started up again, I'm only having that script keep giving me the 8 second timers (sometimes once, sometimes numerous times per forum page I look at). I haven't seen the video ads again, and I haven't had malware trying to download to my computer. It was mentioned to me in a pm about my other post that it was probably an ad that wasn't being blocked that was trying to force the malware on me.

In any case, that's the info I can provide, since I've been trying to sort this out for a couple weeks. I've run scans of my machine (which I do regularly, since I d/l ebooks, anyway) and my machine's clean, and my AdBlockPlus is working normally everywhere else.

Hopefully, this gets sorted soon. :) I'm chomping at the bit wanting to look at uploads, but my patience can't last through more than a few ad timers. :D

My adblock in Safari is updated, yet this stuff still is happening:(. Whatever 'works' for Firefox users, isn't cutting it in Safari.
