Hi, everyone!

I've looked around for this answer and haven't been successful in finding it. But does anyone know if we are allowed to request a book that has been fulfilled already? I've reached out to the person that fulfilled the book I want... twice... they've read my messages but they won't get back to me. And the links to the book I want are dead. I don't want to get in trouble for publishing a request that has already been fulfilled.
