I usually use the "view new posts" link to catch up on what happened while I was gone. The problem is that sometimes I open a page on the site for a few minutes and then leave w/o checking the new posts. Since my cookie stays logged in this moves up my last login time meaning that I can't see all the posts until then on the list of new posts. One solution is to bookmark the new posts page and log out and use the bookmark to get the complete list. This solution is annoying for obvious reasons including that I can't login to make replies until I finished checking all new posts. I really have no suggestions but perhaps someone can think of some way to make this easier?
