I've been using shareonall (.com) since a while now and very pleased with the speeds and results nad what's more, they make mirrors to several other servers while you upload, so people can choose the desired download. i wish to see more non-rs uploads

You can always request a mirror in the service room. Or simply ask one of the users to post a mirror if possible.
