I wonder if it is possible to add torrent mirror to releases then it will be much easier for many users to download and upload,is it possible?

Torrents are great for large files, I dont think it will work however for ppcwarez since most of the files here are smaller than 1gb.

why torrents are not good for small files?

I think he meant something along that lines that it's not that they're "not good" for smaller files,
but that for smaller files it really doesn't matter a whole lot.
If you want to add torrent files to download,
I don't really see a problem (personally) as long as it's a mirror, and not the main way to download.
As I personally cannot download torrents for the time being.

Personally I think that torrent files can be a help for the maps of the gps section, but for smaller files i agree with lifehacker.

I think that is a great idea to make torrent mirrors for downloading....it's fast,no waiting and people can use one of the open trackers,like demonoid,mininova,pirate bay....
Only problem with torrents is that you have to seed torrent for a long time,because file is on computer,not on server like rapidshare!
