26 degrees up here right now. Was down as low as 16 degrees last night.

Only a single rosella turned up on my front deck this morning! I wonder what's going on . . .

matina, I still can't download the entire 50 gig viewing package from my son. I'm going to have to get going if I'm going to watch for two hour per day until the middle of March. Don't really know how that's going to work out.

Had a phone call from my sister-in-law last night (early morning her time) and all is going better with my brother. We had quite a long talk about his treatment. She's a registered nurse.

Okay one thing I didn't anticipate about online grocery shopping... the drawback to my waistline having Strudel on Demand...

Stretton, our local supermarket allow one free delivery, as a kind of trial offer. Although I'm only a four minute drive from the supermarket, I tried it out. Worked like a charm but everything was sent from another supermarket, about an hour's drive away!

matina, finally got the last bits and pieces fixed today, internet-wise. Long story, but now I have two (brand new) modems, a brand new handset, and all charges waived for hardware and services for the entire month of February. Made formal complaints as planned.

Thunderstorm just hit here. Up to five rosellas were still eating a late breakfast an one refuses to be driven away by the torrential rain.



Katy, temperatures have dropped right down to 22. Hope it's cooled off in the city too.

John, will be back to the Sports Center soon.
