CANADA VS. USA

Three Canadian NHL teams faced off against three American Teams. So for this edition of CANADA VS. USA all we had to predict was which country would win the most games.

GAME ONE
Chicago Blackhawks at Toronto Maple Leafs


Brendan Perlini had a goal and two assists as the Chicago Blackhawks held off a furious Toronto comeback to defeat the Maple Leafs 5-4.

GAME TWO
New Jersey Devils at Edmonton Oilers


The Devils were all over this one right from the start espcially after a high scoring second period, post which they led 5-3, and added another in the third to win 6-3.

GAME THREE
New York Rangers at Vancouver Canucks


The Canucks took an early lead and were up 3-0 at the end of the 2nd, and after sharing a goal each in the 3rd, they closed it out 4-1.

The Americans won 2 out of 3 games, so there was no bumping up of the pool.
