Evening all

katy & matina you will be busy over the next few months if you are on snow melting duty.... lots of travel going between Nonny, Ice,Stretton, jg and my area.... hope you packed lots of undies....

matina, only about 24 degrees here. However, because of my upstairs windows, I have the AC on 'low' . . . can be a little bit of a 'greenhouse' here otherwise. Temperature at my brother's house in - 4 right now . . . they're getting ready to go to bed because they get up very early.

Good night to nonny and hi to John. Shame the 'Sports Center' isn't better visited. Maybe there are some NHL enthusiasts around Mobilism . . . you never know. Blue?

Katy, am going to head over to Leura Mall and do some errands and pick up a parcel at the post office. A guy I know has been playing the didgeridoo there lately, right out in front of the newsagency. He gets dressed up in the full Aboriginal gear and so I suspect he makes some good money from the tourists, with only 2-3 hours of playing. I posted his photo at SMY yesterday.

Photo shows one of our stopping places yesterday, about a kilometre or so north of Wentworth Falls, on a trail that seems to be very little known . . .

welcome lizzieb i wish i had your talent at sewing and knitting but my arthritic hands are just butter fingers now. i used to love cross-stitch but even now with eyesight and uncooperative fingers i have given that up too all that is left is my cooking and reading.

Pj did you used to live in New England? Matina I used to love cross stitch also but my eyes won't let me do that any more either. I have a little arthritis is my hands but it's mostly in my knees.

Well I hope everyone had a nice day/night. It's raining here. It was freezing rain this morning but now that it has warmed up, it's just rain. I am happy it isn't snow!!

it was 25.7 last night and 38 today followed by another 25 plus degree night send me some bloody snow PLEASE!!!
Lizzieb i have arthritis everywhere but mostly in the feet red hot and swollen by back too ;-( the hot weather only exacerbates the problem
hello to everyone else we are off to the pub today far tooo damn hot to cook also to give our air conditioners a rest.
