John, although it's early in the season, I'm very pleased with the good start that the Yankees have made. I guess it was expected. My brother is surrounded by Red Sox fans on every hand, so he's having quite a funny summer.



Have been away quite a lot today . . . shopping . . . up to Blackheath . . . tutoring . . . etc.

A wild Star appears! Not even 24 hours later.
SO! Turns out that Internode connected the NBN here yesterday (didn't tell me, I was scheduled for 5th of July) and that cut off the house phone. But I had already spent 3 hours on the phone with telstra sorting stuff out (they said there was a physical line fault and there would be a technician coming out), only for internode to text me last night at 7.40pm to say my NBN was ready. Of course it didn't work straight away. I rang them at 7 on the dot this morning, spent 20 minutes talking to the lovely lady and I am connected!
My speed, when I tested it, was 30.50mpbs so I'm pretty hecking chuffed! That's ten times what my speed was beforehand!

Anyway, I've got some errands to run, so I'll be back after.
