Hi everyone!

I have news from Alessa.

Unfortunately, she was in an accident on Tuesday and hurt her head. She’s been in hospital since and is recuperating at the moment.

She’s suffering from great headaches and so she’s not been able to come on and post an update as she would normally wish.

Please everyone send your prayers so she can have a speedy recovery and be able to go home and rest.

mum and i had a nice massage today i need to unstrap my shoulder as the glue is starting to itch we may go out later in the afternoon to visit my aunt see if she needs any groceries etc.

matina, glad to hear about your relaxing massage. Hope you enjoy your outing today. Rishi goes to the vet for her 'quickie' blood test late on Friday afternoon. She's acting well and eating well but I'll be happier when she can go off the steroid. No new Maine snow pictures as yet!

Katy, 23 degrees up here today and it's quite pleasant. Doesn't really feel as hot as yesterday. Had my little session in the sun this morning but was careful not to overdo it. Everyone around here has the same Japanese maples growing in front and in back of their houses, so I guess the local constabulary is unlikely to single me out . . . When autumn comes, our neighbourhood is ablaze with colour, because all these maples turn red and orange and really put on a show. What else may be growing here and there . . . well, I keep to myself. Given that there are a fair few older people living around here, and quite a few empty weekender or airbnb houses, I kind of doubt that illegal crops are flourishing nearby . . . Your grandson sounds like mine during his teenage years!

So nice to see everyone and their good wishes for alessa matina the kids are off to the pool today with some friends and their parents, gives us all a break from each other mwah I hope you are ok Hi Pj yes growing boys they just eat everything luckily his mother helps with supplies when they are here 34c today very very humid, so ac on (I always dread the summer power bill )
I hope you are better with your pulse readings seemingly normal just watch your coffee intake take care everyone
