Hi Everyone!!

Matina - I've tried the new Zero No Sugar or whatever it's called... it's not as acidic/tangy and it has less carbonation and not a lot of after taste for me... I prefer the old one, but since I've gotten the monkey off of my back, I only buy pop occasionally as a treat... I used to drink 2 litres a day, every day, but I quit to see if it would help with my insomnia, it didn't, but I found I liked not having to lug so many bottles around (which was a pain in the buttockal area). So now I drink Crystal Light that I order online...

Good morning, matina and Alessa and Katy. Yes, the wind has dropped away completely up here and it's nice and sunny. Down below 1 degree last night but now 4 degrees on my front (south) deck. Photo shows Sunnya out in the back a few minutes ago, enjoying the sunshine. Themometer there shows 6 degrees! She was sitting in one of the patio chairs until I arrived for a photo session!

matina, hope the day goes well. Katy, Cosmo seems perfectly OK apart from that eye blister. Hoping it will gradually decrease so that he doesn't have to return to SASH.

Stretton, I finally gave up soft drinks some years ago, but enjoyed a few during my recent US trip, just to be social. Coffee and tea are my 'vices' now!
