How to add it to IPTV android app?

Pardon me for being dumb, but how do you use this? A simple explanation or a link to an arctical or website would be great.

Download and Extract file
Open to view the text ( should be URL and Macs of iptv portal )
Get a IPTV player that uses macs Personally i like OTT Navigator ( search for it here in the forum ) and install it
In setting's click add provider
Choose MAC portal
fill in the Name ( this is what ever you want )..Apply
fill in the url Exactly as provided make sure it ends with /c/..Apply
fill in the mac exactly as provided ..Apply
Hit Apply and it will download the channel list and you should be able to watch TV ...Good Luck

You`re the best! I`m still using the previous macs. Their expiration date is 2022. The media library is fast and of high quality.
