Nexus One 2.3. Tried this but same problem if changing keyboards. SlideIT won't reload unless the data is cleared in settings.
It then opens up as if for the first time again so all settings are lost.

yeah, that happen to me too and i have the pay app from the market.

Upgraded previous slideit version without any problems. More importantly, the shortcut function is functional in this version.

The release works well but for my part there is only the english keyboard. Would it be possible for someone to post the french dictionary apk ? I don't have access to the market with my Entourage Edge machine.

Works fine. No bug as it was in previous version. Switching between input methods works now fine.

EDIT: after few days same problem again when switching to android keyborard and back.

After some day/days it stopped working for me. Can choose the keyboard but what ever I do it wont appear. You enter an sms conversation and push the text line to make it appear.... but it wont. Restarted and everything but nothing.. going back to 4.0.

Went back to 4.0 and it worked.
BUT after switching to Android keyboard and back to SlideIT again it did the same... It even happens to ppl that have paid for it.. L A M E
