Please refresh your: filehosts.xml and the blue arrows will appear next to all filehosts again. We were having an issue with it earlier today, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I tried this and it did not work. I am still not seeing the direct DL arrows again today either.

You can always just clear your cache to force your browser to redownload the file. However, generally refreshing just that link (you can try pressing Ctrl + R a couple times if it doesn't work at first) should do the trick.

I renewed mine a bit early and according to the dashboard it's not going to give me the extra nine days I should have before my first subscription expired.

Subscriptions are extended by a year from the day of purchase. I have however added 9 days to your subscription period.

I am not seeing the blue download arrows in Firefox, but see them in Chrome. For Firefox I confirmed Javascript is enabled but not too sure what else to check. It worked up until a week or so ago. Any suggestions?

@Lily2009 check your PMs, I have sent you a new password.

@lisa928 I don't know, it could be a lot of things. Security plugins, adblockers sometimes block our javascript, etc. You'll have to tinker with your plugins to determine which one it is.
