Are Android APK files here safe?

If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Android post it here.

Def something shonky with the new app modders all there app show up as having Android debug key using virus total then I downloaded the versions not from them and versions from the trusted guy balatan and it has 9 virus results so it`s not because the others are cracked.
