For those that use VirusTotal, please read this!
VirusTotal shows 1/62 for a 'Fyben Adware' detection (whatever that is). Specifically, it detects the 'classes.dex' file, which I didn't even touch.
Mod:
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/7a6 ... /relations
Original (APKPure):
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/796 ... /relations
Under this 'Relations' tab, scroll down to 'Bundled Files' and you'll see that the original actually flags the 'classes.dex' file as well, but still shows 0/63 (SERIOUSLY!?)
You can compare the 'classes.dex' hash from both reports and verify they match:
SHA-256: 85331b95b5489e1bb1fc9b849aafe4f08da0deb9d83f876e307e7407a7ef5048
You can also search the 'classes.dex' hash in VirusTotal and see its own report. (1/60)
We get a lot of false positives, but it looks like VirusTotal will also falsely assert negatives
Cheers
