I want to use this app to watch sports, mainly football/soccer.
I find the app to be confusing can someone explain and advise me please.
- How do I watch in english audio?
- What are the options at the top of the app? (AV4.IN, AV4.RU ect)
- Any advice on the best way to use the app?

I have installed Arena4Viewer, wuffy player and acestreams.

Indeed, this is a horrible app. However, I think the streams are shown when there is a football match and not before.
