Discuss Android games here.

*********PLEASE NOTE********

The link posted directly below is not for EVERY gameloft game. you MUST run the apk for the game through GLZip first to determine your download link. It is not, i repeat NOT, interchangable for every game.

Some games will produce multpile links, the link you need depends entirely on your Graphical chipset:

PVRT: - PowerVR chipsets
ATC: - Adreno Chipsets
DXT: - Tegra Chipsets

Please use GLZip FIRST!!!!

I will be referring people who do not appear to have done this back to this post!

I have found a way to download Gameloft SD Data using the PC

dl.gameloft.com/partners/androidmarket/d.cdn.php?model=GT-I9000&device=GT-I9000&product=7100&version=1.1.1

The above is the SD Card data for Modern Combat 3 version 1.1.1 on the Galaxy S

this downloads a .amz file which needs extracting with GLZip (http://www.multiupload.co.uk/HZTNXWHA8I)

I found this method by searching another site so i thought i would share it here:

Step 1: download the GLZip software
Step 2: download the APK for the game
Step 3: open GLZip and click view info's, select your APK to reveal the download link
Step 4: visit the provided link and download the data.
Step 5: Once downloaded open the amz file in GLZip choosing the extract option

N.B. If your download link is - http://dl.gameloft.com/partners/androidmarket/d.cdn.php - you need to add the following information onto the end of the url using your build.prop file

?model=ro.product.model&device=ro.product.device&product=GAME_ID&version=GAME_VERSION

GAME_ID is provided by GLZip however in the case of MC3 it provided the wrong one.

It might be worth while if a list of ro.product.model and ro.product.device information was posted somewhere along with a list of gameloft Game ID's

Hope this helps everyone :

Code: Select allhttp://dl.gameloft.com/partners/androidmarket/d.cdn.php?model=Samsung&device=Galaxy S2&product=1275&version=2.0.0

Just for example.

If you're unsure about the product-number, go to http://www.gameloft.de/download-spiele/alle-spiele/neu/
Right-click on the mini-cover and choose properties. This will display you following (example):

Code: Select allhttps://media01.gameloft.com/products/1226/default/web/android-games/facing/facing.jpg

The 1226 in this case, is your product-number.

Next steps, like lembi2001 posted.

The version numbers are listed with the game when you download it. Check the title of the post.

Haha wow...yeah...thanks. I can't believe I just asked that :)
My excuse is that none of the version numbers I tried worked lol. So thats why I assumed I needed to find the most recent version number.
Which, now that i think about it, doesn't make much sense cause then I wouldn't have a cracked apk to go with it :/
Was trying to download Eternal Legacy for GS2 btw...

@TS: I think you should mention djeman because, afaik, he is the maker of GLZip

btw, anyone know the GAME_ID for "Gangstar Rio"?

A noob question!!!
I got the Sd data files for backstab.. now which folder should i put them in on the memory card.
The extraction process gave me 2 folders and one file.
1) libs
2) sdfiles
3) pack.info

Apr 18th, 2012, 9:25 am
in the sdfiles folder you will have the required files which need to go in the correct folder for your game. If you are unsure where they go, try downloading a few mb of data through the game and then you will have the correct folder name and location. I might start updating the original post with the sdcard locations too.
