what folder on a windows PC does the down loader send the file to? I may be duplicating the download process by using Internet Download Manager. Because once I downloaded a file using Mobilism Premium, the Internet Download Manager pops up and wants to save the file. So does the Mobilism Premium merely access the file online and send the URL to my windows downloading program? Or does it actually download and store the file on my local system?

The downloader's files act like any other files saved by your browser. Whatever is default for your browser is what will happen when you download a file via the downloader.
