It's CPU/memory/arquitecture dependant. S10 with SD855 should handle it, the SD845 just maybe. I'm on a Note 8 with the SD835 and it's a no-no for me.

This app was originally for IOS only and is optimized for it.. Android was an afterthought. Plus even though I detest Apple, iPhones and IOS, I must admit their processing power east Qualcomm for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
