Fixmy slow phone?

I can't find the videos I've downloaded. It shows that I'm downloading them, but they're not in the selected folder that I've choosed. I've tried switching folders but to no avail. Music downloads just fine. Anyone else that have the same trouble finding downloaded videos?

No issues here. i chose sd card its fine here
