Why google play store always give message

Because google wants you to buy some legal streaming sources. Anything that offers the possibility of illegally steaming TV, movies or tv shows, google will eventually block.

On my AndroidTV box, I just don't even use my google account. I skip account entry during initialization, disable the google store application, and then just side load everything (stbemu, redbox, cyberfl1x, b33tv, mxplayer, vlc, plex, jellyfin, solid explorer, etc...). That way I control what is installed on it. Have no use for google play store on my TV box.

Modded apps from trusted "releasers" here, I do not worry about too much.

For those installing on their phones, I know this is not a solution, but in that case, just turn off google's "verify apps" under security option. It should hold them off until they decide to move the option to some other obscure place.
