Did you uninstall previous versions of Terrarium?

Do you have other clone apps installed? Such as Movie Play Red, Titanium, Cyberflix?

These clone apps all use the same code so many times only one of them can be installed at one time.

Also, instead of the Mod Lite version try the Premium version as that should work on all various Android based systems like Android Boxes, Nvidia shield, Amazon Fire devices etc.. ( https://forum.mobilism.org/viewtopic.php?f=429&t=2590077 )

That is completely untrue

The short answer, the error message means the mod is only able to install on certain versions of android it was meant for. Obviously his version of android can't install that package, whether he has other clones installed or not is irrelevant.
