There is no doubt that version 1.15.5 is using A LOT LESS battery when WATCHING movies than any of the latest releases. I can watch a 2 hours movie and it uses about 11% of battery, compared to one of the latests versions, 24%

Battery drain issue still there in this version too..
Best version till now 1.15.5
VLC uses 20% less than mx player so till mx player fixes issue we can use alternative option other than old mx player version.
