its only his mods of Bee that have this problem ive tested 3.29 from somewhere else and RD & PM work on it

I've modded 3.2.9 recently maybe you using that version
either way I cant verify if my version does it or not because I've never used those services

Yours works with it i tested that this morning i had .29 before ya released it yourself and worked on that as well so its just his that the problem lies with
