— Unzip obb and move the created folder "com.mobifusion.android.ldoce5" to "Android/obb" folder.
— Open the app. Step thru the intro and wait (just wait!) for media files become extracted. It will automatically creates "convertMp3ToDb" folder within the "Anddroid/obb" folder. it contains 23425 mp3 files and that's the reason for taking long time to extract media files at first start!

Thanks for this tips. I added it on the first post for people not to miss it.

This is nice app, but 20k++ files in a single folder will tax your file system performance. For example it will bring SDMaid cleaner scanner to a halt, also other apps that need to enumerate folders, like X-plore etc

The app and the obb files must installed in phone internal storage. If installed on memory card, the app will keep on crashing even after extracting the audio.

Took one hour to extract all files. Best in terms of explanation compared to OALD and CALD. One problem, unable to play audio of examples. Can anyone help with solution of this problem ?

After install it and see the tutorial, don't click to select a language otherwise the app will force close, just click "start" and then download the data and the app will work perfectly.

Obs.: If you want to change the language, just do it in "settings"
