If you're trying to use your Google+ account, it may not work due to the decompiling and recompiling of the app. There's nothing I can do about that I'm afraid.
For everyone else, I'm sorry for your troubles with this app. I just retested it again with another fake email address and I still had no issues downloading any levels from any language on my home WiFi. I initially registered with an email address I can access and verified my account, so maybe fake emails do not work after awhile if the accounts cannot be verified.
I would recommend trying to make a new account linked to a valid email address and also make sure have a good network connection.
